Just for now

Well, it seems that I have gotten back into the swing of things (for a short period) as you may have noticed from the latest postings. I guess I should call it, a breath of fresh air. I figured that by finishing some that had been sitting on the hard drive, was all it took to get the old blood flowing again. (and from where I'm sitting, that old blood). I just seemed to have hit a brick wall, and nothing would gel so to speak. I guess we all have to take a break from time to time, and not let our thoughts become an obsession, to the point of ruining our life. I have a times hit cold sessions and these seem to be coming at a more rapid rate lately. Maybe I should just write it off as "OLD AGE" and let it go as that.
Anyway, I still plan to do some house cleaning and simply delete those that don't seem to be up to my usual standards, or anyone else for that matter. I see them as I look at my folders of uploads, and mainly they seem to be the ones I rushed to finish, which not only didn't please me but others from the look of it. I understand we can't please everyone, and I guess if I'm not satisfied with the outcome, how can anyone else be.I gotta slow down and really check the details.

Well enough of that for now, I really gotta get moving and do something.

Hi Bob;

I'm just taking some time to go through your creations here, again, and add some more favorites. You have such an enormous amount of such beautiful and detailed work here, and such a huge variety of it as well. Every time i come here i just keep finding more and more that i absolutely love.

I have a pretty good idea of the amount of time and effort that must go into some of these, VS my 10 and 15 minute B&W coffee break art (beautiful but much easier to do). Your talent, ability and effort is certainly very much admired and appreciated, both by myself and many others :)
Thanks. Yes there is a huge amount of work involved, but I really don't mind. It keeps my mind working and as I age I notice it sometimes takes more effort to stay focused.
I'm glad you like what I manage to put together, and hope to keep all interested folks satisfied.

Well to me that seems absolutely wonderful. You have the time to put into these, you do them so well, and your keeping your mind working with something you enjoy and something that brings great enjoyment to many others, its perfect. For myself, i'll usually check this thing when i sit down with my morning coffee, and just about every day i find another beautiful and wonderful surprise from you, its nice. Thank You :)

The beauty is really something strange and abstract, very surprising, and very tricky sometimes, but is great and marvelous, in all of it's forms.
Thanks again for another :+fav:. And the nice comment. :)
Thanks for the recent faves!
